May 12, 2018
On May 7th and 8th, 2018, WIN 4.0 hosted its second annual Industry 4.0 Symposium in London, Ontario. This year’s Symposium highlighted many strong global collaborations, bringing together over 150 delegates from Germany, China, United Kingdom, and Canada to share innovative practices and research related to such topics as Industry 4.0, the internet of thing (IoT), cloud computing, big data and additive manufacturing. Companies leading the Industry 4.0 revolution such as Siemens Canada, IBM Canada, Next Generation Manufacturing Canada, 3M Canada, Longterm Technology Services Inc., and FreePoint Technologies Inc., actively participated with insightful keynote speeches and product demonstrations. This event also included panel discussions from world leading industry executives and professors.
We would like to thank everyone who made this year’s Symposium a great success. It took a lot of people, partners, and participants to have made this event as successful as it was.
The third conference in this series will be held at Western University in June 2019. Stay tuned and we will see you next year!
